Loved this beach club hotel: fresh food and accommodating staff. We were given spotless room with a beautiful view, vaulted ceiling and the balcony. Central location was a plus.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

The hotel has a great central location near shops, restaurants, and Montauk Point. The beds were really comfortable here, and the rooms were spacious and newly decorated.

Room had a broken bed that had a sink hole spot in the mattress leading to us not being able to sleep, and the staff saying there was nothing they could do because it was Columbus Day weekend and they were booked. Room itself was dingy.

None for us except breakfast.

Location of room 230 was horrible facing a cement corner and not the pool. Turning on our coffee maker blew a much needed outlet. Bathroom shower had a slippery tub and a broken shower door handle. Uncaring staff and management that refused to give us a refund for even one day when we were not able to spend a third sleepless night there. We were totally ripped off and would never go back, just a shame they would do this to someone’s much needed vacation.

The location is great, right by the beach and close to town with lots of amenities nearby like bars, restaurants, and shops. the room was spacious and modern, with central heating, a TV, and a microwave. - I loved having a bathtub in my private bathroom.

The hotel was oceanfront, we loved sea view from our town house.

The rooms with balconies were great, and having a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator was a nice added feature, while the location right on the ocean front was exceptional.

The room is well furnished with an incredible sea view. the location is nice and easy, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and the beach. the staff is very friendly and welcoming, always wearing smiles.

Loved having a TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a microwave in the room. Plus, it makes kicking back and relaxing a breeze! 📺

I really liked this place. The Wi-Fi was super fast, which was awesome. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. The view of the sea was absolutely stunning, and it's in a great spot not too far from the beach, town center, and coffee shops. 🌊

The hotel offers recently refurbished and reasonably large rooms. the staff is helpful and efficient. - the property is centrally located within a short walk to the beach, town, Montauk Point, restaurants, and stores. - the outdoor bar serves excellent food and drinks.

stayed at royal atlantic beach resort and loved it. location is on the beach and in town, easy walk to 7-11 and market. pool area is lovely, with a memorial fountain/BBQ area. clean kitchen area and bathroom with nice amenities. large room with vaulted ceiling. private balcony set back behind other building.
